What types of clients do you typically see?
We work with individuals, couples, families, including children and adolescents.
What are typical areas that you address?
Each one of our therapists specializes in a specific area, and all work with anxiety, stress, depression, work/life ballance. In addition our therapists work with individuals, families, and couples addressing challenges, parenting, communication, infertility, pre-marital counseling, addictions, grief/loss, trauma, and extended family issues.
What types of treatment models do you use?
We all use a relational or systems theory approaches which means we focus on helping relationships. In addition, many of us use specific models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitazion and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Art Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
How much to therapy sessions cost?
As the cost of a therapy session varies depending on the therapist you see, we ask that you contact our office for the individual rates. Rates vary between $125-$200. Some sliding scale spots are available on a case by case limited basis.
Do you accept insurance?
Our therapists do not accept insurance, however a few of our therapists do accept Tricare/Triwest insurance only. In addition, our therapists can provide to you what is called an “Insurance Super Bill”. This allows you to submit information needed by your insurance company to apply for reimbursement. Your insurance company will then decide how much is reimbursable or applied to your deductible.
How long do sessions last?
We typically see clients once a week for 50 minutes.
Do I have to come into the office?
No! While we do encourage clients to come to the office we do understand that sometimes that can be difficult. Our therapists offer telemedicine sessions as well as home and school based sessions.
